Education only

Everything we publish is educational. It is not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis care, and it does not create a clinical relationship. If you or someone else is in danger, call or text 988 or see our crisis resources.

Your account

Accounts are personal to you. Do not share your login, and do not share or resell course content. Organizations that need multiple seats can license the courses for their team.

Certificates

Our certificates show completion of a course. They are not a license, credential, or clinical qualification.

Continuing education

For continuing education courses, the licensee is responsible for confirming that their board or employer accepts the hours before relying on them for renewal.

Who can use the site

This site and our courses are intended for adults 18 years and older.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Refunds

Purchases are covered by our refund policy.
