Refund Policy

Courses
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 25 percent of the course is complete. Email training@amindfulresource.org with the name of the course and the email on your account.
Certificates issued for a refunded course are revoked, and the course is removed from your account.
Donations
Donations are tax deductible gifts to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. They are refundable only for processing errors, such as a duplicate or incorrect amount, reported within 30 days.
Organization licenses
Organization and group licenses follow the terms of their written agreement. Contact us and we will work through it with you.
