This continuing education is offered consistent with the provider categories in 22 TAC §681.140(f) for Texas Licensed Professional Counselors. Content is directly related to the practice of professional counseling. The licensee is responsible for determining applicability to their license; the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council is the final authority on hours accepted.
